Self-builds and conversion projects
We're building a van builds area on VanLifeUK for layout ideas, electrics, insulation, and real-world self-build stories from UK vanlifers.
It will sit alongside our guides on the blog and discussions on the community forum. If you are planning a professional conversion, browse conversion companies in our live campervan conversions directory.
Looking to buy a finished van? Watch for vans for sale listings coming soon. VanLifeUK does not build or sell vans - we share information and community links only.
Get your build featured
We plan to showcase real UK van and campervan builds on VanLifeUK. If you would like yours considered for a featured write-up, get in touch with your build photos, a short article-style write-up (layout, spec, tips and anything you would do differently), and the username or name you want credited. We will attribute the piece fully to you as the creator.
Email [email protected] or use our contact form. You can also suggest ideas for this section on the community forum.
